Individual Psychotherapy

I have been practicing individual psyhcotherapy as a doctoral student and as a licensed psychologist for eight years. I have worked with a diverse range of clients across the United States. My work has covered mood and anxiety disorders, developmental and identity concerns, as well as family and relational concerns of all kinds.

I have particular experience and training in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, grief and bereavement, relational problems, fertility difficulties, and concerns relating to young adulthood and college students.

My doctoral training included cognitive-behavioral therapy, existential/humanistic therapy, family systems therapy, and emphasized psychodynamic theories. I practice with a warm, collaborative, and eclectic approach that adapts to whatever you, the client, will find most helpful based on your presenting concerns and goals.
